Mercedes-Benz shows its new E63 AMG S-Series at 2013 Detroit Auto Show. This model will be available in both sedan and wagon.

Mercedes E63 AMG S-Series has a twin-turbo V8 5.5-liter capable of producing up to 577 horsepower and 591 lb-ft of torque. This is the first time Mercedes-Benz passenger cars offers powerful system with four-wheel drive designed to improve its dynamics.

Mercedes-Benz says the new E63 AMG S-Series accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds on its sedan and wagon version in 3.6. The top speed of both versions is electronically limited to 186 mph (300 km / h). These models receive 33% of the power to the front wheels and the rear 67.

Its transmission is the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed. This program has four options: "C" (Controlled Efficiency), "S" (Sport), "S +" (Sport plus) and "M" (Manual).

All 2014 E63 AMG 4MATIC models are equipped with the AMG sports suspension Adaptive electronically controlled. The front axle features steel suspension and rear axle with air suspension.

Its wheels are standard alloy AMG titanium painted matte gray with 10 blades, which fit tires 255/35 R 19 front and 285/30 R 19 rear.

The brake disc standard 14.2-inch two-piece ventilated and perforated. The calipers are gray with white AMG lettering. Furthermore, the carbon-ceramic brakes are optional and exclusive for the S-Sport. The discs are 40% lighter, more durable and longer consider who wrote "AMG Carbon Ceramic" in the calipers.

This car goes on sale in the United States in the summer of 2013.
